Our team

CMA Fire Protection is a family-run company led by Candido Tapia, a second-generation fire protection professional with experience both in the field and behind the counter, designing systems, installing them, reviewing plans, and issuing permits. With firsthand knowledge of what it takes to get a project approved and built, Candido helps clients move through the process with confidence and clarity.

At the core of the company is Candido’s father, who brings over 30 years of experience in the fire protection industry, along with a team of seasoned professionals, most with 20+ years under their belts. Candido’s brother is also an essential part of the operation, working side by side to carry the family tradition forward with the same commitment to hard work, reliability, and doing the job right.
